In order to smoothly promote the Central Organization Department’s 2018 key research project “Research on Strengthening the Construction of Highly-Qualified and Specialized Leading Teams and Leaders in Colleges and Universities” and implement the key points of the 2018 work of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education, the National Academy of Education Administration conducts field research on colleges and universities. Ever since the 18th National Party Congress, there has been a push to summarize new ideas, requirements, and measures taken by higher education institutions to build high-quality professional leadership groups and leaders. Even now, leaders analyze current new situations and challenges. In the end, the National Academy of Education Administration has gotten countermeasures and suggestions.
At the meeting, each trainee focused on the construction of high-quality professional leadership groups and leaders, summarized working experience, discussed problems faced, and proposed suggestions and countermeasures.
