HEU Teacher Erokhin Vasilii Won Prestigious Global Peer Review Award for Environmental and Ecological Thematic Academic Achievements

Recently, Erokhin Vasilii, Associate Professor of School of Economics and Management, expert of HEU's Russian-Ukrainian Research Center Think Tank, won the Publons Peer Review Award (2018), and was selected as the world's top 1% peer reviewers in environmental and ecological thematic academic achievements.

Publons' Global Peer Review, as a leading global academic peer review platform, serves global researchers to reflect on their review and editorial work in academic journals. By the end of 2018, more than 200,000 researchers had participated in Publons peer review, providing nearly 1 million reviews for more than 25,000 academic journals. Publons works with leading international academic publishers, including Springer Nature Group, Oxford University Press, Taylor and Francis, BMJ, SAGE, Wiley, and related academic service platforms Altmetric and ORCID.

Associate Professor Erokhin Vasilii is a full-time foreign teacher introduced from Russia in 2016. He is currently engaged in research and teaching work in the Russian Ukrainian Research Center and the School of Economics and Management. His main research direction is Arctic development and sustainable development and international food security. The Global Peer Review Awards is affirmation and recognition of his work as a reviewer.
