1.Domestic superior research platforms and safeguard measures
Scientific research has always been the leading force in the development of the university. The university has more than 40 research platforms and more than 150 research and teaching laboratories, including more than 20 national research platforms such as national key laboratories, which fully guarantee the research work and fund application of post-doctoral students.According to the work needs, it can provide policy resources and supporting conditions for the postdoctoral researchers, including the postdoctoral researchers into the allocation of performance allowances, and provide 100,000 CNY of scientific research fund for the postdoctoral teachers in station.
2.Quality education for children
Through training for children from the kindergarten of Harbin Engineering University, the affiliated primary and secondary schools of Harbin Institute of Technology. The three schools are distributed in the university area, easily balance the children's transportation and personal work.
The affiliated secondary school is the national “Model school with school-running characteristics” and “National top ten school-running units”. The quality of school is guaranteed, which really makes the university staff feel assured.
3.Development potential and path
After the expiration of the postdoctoral faculty, those with excellent performance can apply for direct entry into the full-time faculty.
Postdoctoral can participate in professional and technical job evaluation during the station.
III. Recruitment Conditions
1.Obtained a doctor degree and diploma, excellent moral, and academic performance, good health, and generally within three years of obtaining a doctor’s degree;
2.Generally, the age of faculty postdoctoral should not exceed 32, and the age of research postdoctoral doctors should not exceed 35;
3.Possess strong scientific research ability and development potential, in line with the recruitment requirements of each team.
