On February 24, 10 people from the intelligent equipment expert group of the Science and Technology Commission of China State Shipbuilding Corporation came to HEU for research and discussion, and Vice President Yin Jingwei attended the symposium.
Yin Jingwei briefly introduced the history, characteristics, discipline construction and scientific and technological innovation of HEU. He also said that the intelligent manufacturing of ship assembly and construction is an important part of the national high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and the country has made an important deployment to accelerate the development of the ship intelligent manufacturing industry.
Yu Hao, deputy leader of the expert group and deputy director of CSSC 707 Institute, said that he hoped to understand HEU’s technical strength in the field of intelligent manufacturing through research and exchange, and carry out scientific research cooperation around the stranglehold technical problems in the field of intelligent manufacturing in China's shipbuilding industry.
Zhang Jiayi, deputy leader of the expert group and chief engineer of Kunming Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., said that HEU, as a key university serving China's marine industry, has made an important contribution to the development of the ship and marine industry. He hoped that the two sides would further deepen the docking and jointly provide solid technical support and talent backup for the development of China's marine enterprises.
At the meeting, the units from which experts come briefly introduced their development status and technical requirements in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The relevant colleges of HEU mainly introduced the technical basis and work assumption of the ship welding technology, ship overall design digitization, general assembly and construction informatization, ship and marine equipment additive manufacturing, ship industry Internet, ship intelligent robot, ship and marine optical fiber sensor, ship and marine manufacturing digital twins, and ship and marine composite materials and special materials. The two sides have initially reached a cooperation intention.
