On the morning of March 15th, HEU held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement with the Daowai District Government and Red Flag City Group to jointly build an ecosystem demonstration area of innovation and entrepreneurship around universities and institutions in Daowai District.
The agreement aims to combine the strategic needs of coordinated development among government, university, and enterprise to give full play to their respective advantages. The agreement will take the strengthening of scientific and technological innovation and services as the guidance and will take the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the breakthrough point to build an incubation, acceleration, investment and operation platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and then strengthen high-quality scientific and technological supply to serve regional economic development. Gao Yan, Secretary of HEU Party Committee, and Yao Yu, President and Deputy Secretary of HEU Party Committee, attended the signing ceremony.
Tan Lewei, Deputy Mayor of Harbin, Song Boyan, Director of Harbin Science and Technology Bureau, Zhao Lijun, Deputy Director of Harbin Education Bureau, Yang Hui, Secretary of Daowai District Party Committee, Li Hanlong, Deputy Secretary of Daowai District Party Committee and District Chief, He Wenhui, Chairman of Red Flag City Group, as well as representatives from Harbin Institute of Technology, Northeast Agricultural University, the 49th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation, AVIC Aerodynaiviics Research Institute and Heilongjiang Aikede Technology Co., Ltd attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, the three parties will take the construction of "four museums, three districts, and one base" as the core content. The four museums include HEU Ship Museum, Marine Culture Museum, Aircraft Carrier World Theme Exhibition Hall, and Hard Core Science and Technology Museum; The three districts include the future industrial and technological park around HEU, the technological and cultural block of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, and the one-stop service community for college students; one base is Heilongjiang Research and Learning Base for Marine Science, Technology and Culture, based on the construction of "four museums and three districts", integrating educational resources in Daowai District.
