The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education issued the Notice on the List of the First Batch of High-level Cultivation Bases for Basic Disciplines, identifying 12 provincial-level cultivation bases for basic disciplines such as computer science and biology, and Harbin Engineering University's School of Computer Science and Technology was listed on the list.
