Recently, the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province announced that HEU was successfully selected as one of the first demonstration centers for mental health education in universities in Heilongjiang Province. HEU attaches great importance to student mental health education and integrating it into the entire process of talent cultivation. HEU continuously expands the coverage of student mental health education, which supports the significant improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in HEU.

Relying on the provincial training base for years , HEU has played a leading role in demonstrating mental health education, providing professional training to full-time and part-time mental health education teachers and student cadres throughout the province. HEU has comprehensively improved the level of mental health work in universities in our province. HEU will continue to promote the scientific, standardized, and professional development of student mental health education, comprehensively improve students' mental health quality, fully leverage the leading role of the provincial university mental health education demonstration center, and make it an important platform for serving provincial universities and even the whole country in mental health education.
