On June 22, Harbin Engineering University (HEU) held its 2023 graduation and degree awarding ceremony at the South Stadium. A total of 3,774 undergraduate graduates and 3,226 master graduates successfully completed their studies.
This ceremony specifically honored the 2020 and 2022 undergraduate and master graduates, with 421 of them returning to participate. Yantai's master's degree graduates joined the ceremony remotely, while their degrees were conferred offline in synchronization. During the ceremony, GAO Yan, YAO Yu, YANG Desen, esteemed members of the CAE, and PENG Yuankui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of HEU, along with other leaders and alumni from Class 95-321, as well as LI Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Beijing Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., jointly presented degree certificates to each undergraduate.
