As a noteworthy event in commemoration of HEU's 70th anniversary, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between the university and Xinhua News Agency Heilongjiang Branch on August 30th. This collaboration aims to foster joint talent development, collaborative dissemination and promotion, and the mutual advancement of specialized projects. During the signing ceremony, GAO Yan, the Secretary of the University Party Committee, and GAO Wanxin, the Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, held discussions with LIU Wei and his delegation.
