The classification of Heilongjiang's pioneering Pure Electric New Energy Passenger Ships (Conference of Energy Ship Industry Alliance) was jointly hosted by Heilongjiang Shipping Group Co., Ltd, Harbin Electric Corporation, and Harbin Engineering University. The event took place at the outfitting quay of Harbin North Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. 

The conference centered around the theme "Green Ship, Intelligent Navigation," and ZHAO Yuxin, Assistant President of Harbin Engineering University, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizers.

ZHAO Yuxin spoke on behalf of HEU, emphasizing the institution's commitment to serving the nation and contributing to the revitalization of Northeast China. HEU is deeply rooted in and dedicated to serving Heilongjiang. Through a strong collaboration between HEU, Heilongjiang Shipping Group Co., Ltd, and Harbin Electric Corporation, they successfully developed Heilongjiang Province's first pure electric new energy passenger ship, the "Navigation Star." HEU's advanced intelligent navigation and engine room technology have enhanced the ship's intelligence, playing a crucial role in accelerating the transformation towards green and intelligent operations and supporting high-quality development.

During the ceremony, representatives from initiating organizations such as HEU, Heilongjiang Shipping Group Co., Ltd, Harbin Electric Corporation, and CCS Harbin Branch initiated the establishment of the Heilongjiang New Energy Ship Industry Alliance by pressing the symbolic "start button.""
