On October 23rd, PIAO Yongjian, President of Longjiang Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation of six members to visit HEU for a research expedition. The symposium was presided over by Party Secretary GAO Yan, where both sides discussed various aspects of school-enterprise cooperation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Vice President HAN Duanfeng accompanied them during the research visit. During their visit, PIAO Yongjian and his delegation toured the PLA Military Institute of Engineering Memorial Hall and the Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition. At the Memorial Hall, PIAO Yongjian gained insights into the history of the PLA Military Institute of Engineering, the 70-year development of HEU, as well as its education, teaching, and scientific research activities. In the Science and Technology Achievements Exhibition, he was briefed on the significant scientific and technological milestones that HEU could leverage.

GAO Yan extended a warm welcome to PIAO Yongjian and his delegation. He emphasized HEU's commitment to establishing an ongoing partnership with enterprises and using its academic strengths to address the evolving needs of these businesses in a timely manner, supporting their technological advancements.

PIAO Yongjian provided a comprehensive overview of his company's historical evolution, development strategies, achievements, and future expansion plans. He expressed his belief that now is the opportune time for both enterprise and technological transformation, and he looks forward to deepening cooperation with the university while fostering talent development and promoting enterprise transformation.
