On the 20th, Governor LIANG Huiling conducted a thorough investigation into the establishment of an innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem at Harbin Engineering University. She visited the National University Science and Technology Park as well as the National Key Laboratory of Ocean Intelligent Navigation Systems, where she observed technology demonstrations and gained insights into the university's ecosystem planning and progress. She praised HEU for its establishment of collaborative industrial technology research institutes and laboratories with enterprises, which has facilitated the seamless integration of the university's educational and technological resources with societal needs, leading to mutual benefits through cooperation.
