Recently, the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province announced the results of the 2024 Heilongjiang Provincial Teaching Masters selection. Five HEU teachers—WANG Zhongyi, ZHANG Xinyu, WANG Jingyun, SHENG Xueli, and JIA Niannian—were honored.

In recent years, HEU has diligently focused on both the national development strategy and the societal demand for skilled individuals. It has made substantial strides in advancing new engineering disciplines and implementing teaching reforms. Through guiding teachers to prioritize student education and establishing "Engineering Gold Courses," the university has fostered an environment conducive to learning. Efforts to bolster teaching teams and cultivate teaching masters have been ongoing. Presently, 41 HEU teachers have been recognized as Heilongjiang Province Teaching Masters. The university aims to capitalize on the exemplary leadership of these teaching masters to inspire further teaching reforms, enhance student education, and advance the qualitative development of higher education. In doing so, it seeks to make significant contributions to the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation quality.
