President SONG Yingdong, Vice President YIN Jingwei, and their delegation visited the Beijing Center of the National Engineering Laboratory for E-Government Modeling and Simulation.
SONG Yingdong praised the achievements of the National Engineering Laboratory and emphasized the need to define its development goals. He highlighted the importance of aligning with HEU’s distinctive focus on "three seas and one nuclear," leveraging the laboratory’s strengths in the data industry, serving national data needs, and refining scientific research outcomes to further HEU’s specialized development.
WANG Xiaofang, Deputy Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for E-Government Modeling and Simulation, and XI Qinghai, Director of the Advisory Office, provided an overview of the laboratory’s history, organizational structure, core technologies, and accomplishments. They highlighted four key technical achievements: the "blockchain robot," "public data asset certificate," "data business network," and "data rights confirmation robot."
Established in 2013 by the National Development and Reform Commission and based on HEU, the National Engineering Laboratory for E-Government Modeling and Simulation serves as a major national scientific research and engineering technology platform.
