On September 4th, LI Zhanping, Vice President of the State Grid Heilongjiang Branch, led a delegation to visit HEU, accompanied by Vice President YAN Rujian.

During the visit, LI Zhanping gained insights into HEU’s development, educational strengths, and significant achievements. He expressed admiration for the contributions made by the PLA Military Institute of Engineering to China's national defense technology and praised the university's ongoing dedication to cultivating talent for the Chinese Communist Party and the nation, while embracing its mission of building a strong country.

YAN Rujian emphasized that HEU is committed to integrating education, technology, and talent, and hopes to further strengthen collaboration between the university and enterprises. He expressed a desire to jointly promote industrial upgrades and contribute to the development of a strong nation and the revitalization of Heilongjiang.
