The Leading Party Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has recently announced the appointment of LI Rongsheng as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin Engineering University, effective from December 2, 2024. His appointment is for a probationary period of one year. Additionally, LV Kaidong has been appointed as a standing committee member of the Party Committee of Harbin Engineering University, also starting December 2, 2024.

LI Rongsheng, male, of Han ethnicity, will assume the role of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Harbin Engineering University for a one-year probationary period beginning December 2, 2024.

LV Kaidong, male, of Han ethnicity, will take on the role of standing committee member of the Party Committee of Harbin Engineering University starting December 2, 2024.
