On March 18, the inaugural "Most Beautiful Social Worker in Heilongjiang" event held its launch ceremony, where HEU Professor YANG Guoqing was honored with the title of "Most Beautiful Social Worker in Heilongjiang."

From September to December 2024, the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, in collaboration with the Social Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, initiated the first-ever "Most Beautiful Social Worker in Longjiang" campaign. Following a thorough selection process, which included recommendations, online voting, expert evaluations, and extensive public engagement, the prestigious title of "Longjiang Most Beautiful Social Worker" was awarded to ten outstanding individuals.
