On March 20, the 903rd session of the Sunshine Forum, hosted by the School Youth League Committee and organized by the College of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering, took place at the Academic Lecture Hall of the Qihang Activity Center. YANG Rui, Chairman of Shuangdeng Group Co., Ltd., served as the keynote speaker, addressing an audience of more than 200 students.
The lecture aimed to explore the future development prospects of the new energy industry, helping students deepen their understanding of the sector. It also sought to foster an innovative approach to the intelligent use of AI, encourage students to strive for excellence, and inspire them to establish strong life values. The event emphasized the global advancement and application of green energy.
During his speech, YANG Rui shared valuable insights into Shuangdeng Group’s international strategy and global expansion efforts. He also discussed the opportunities and challenges presented by the era of AI, urging students to use emerging technologies wisely without becoming overly dependent on them. His remarks encouraged attendees to seek innovation and adapt to the evolving demands of the modern world.
YANG Rui, Chairman of Shuangdeng Group Co., Ltd., is a graduate of Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing University, and the University of Toronto. He has served as a visiting scholar and professor at Harvard University and has published over 20 academic papers. He is currently a visiting professor at Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin Engineering University, as well as the vice chairman of the Zhongguancun Energy Storage Industry Technology Alliance.
