On March 28, LI Jianrong, Assistant General Manager of China's Aero Engine Corporation (AECC), led a delegation to Harbin Engineering University (HEU) for a research visit. HEU President SONG Yingdong welcomed the delegation, and both parties engaged in discussions on potential scientific research collaborations and talent development, resulting in preliminary cooperation agreements.

The delegation visited the Harbin Military Engineering Institute Memorial Hall, where they explored historical exhibits and received detailed presentations that offered valuable insights into the university's heritage and the enduring spirit of its predecessor institution. LI praised HEU's long-standing contributions to China's aviation sector and its success in nurturing high-caliber professionals.

The visit also included technical inspections of campus laboratories, followed by productive discussions on future collaborative efforts.
