The results of the 2024 China Positive Energy Online Content Awards, organized by the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), were officially announced. After expert reviews, public voting, and thorough evaluations, 50 top-tier works and 499 exemplary entries were selected.

Harbin Engineering University (HEU)’s original submission, 10,896-Meter Deep-Sea Exploration & 15 National Strategic Innovations: HEU's Groundbreaking Admission Package Unveiled!, which was recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), was recognized in the "Exemplary Online Text" category.

Building on its maritime expertise, HEU creatively integrated cutting-edge scientific achievements into its 2023 admission campaign. The initiative, 10,896-Meter Deep-Sea Exploration & 15 National Strategic Innovations, attracted over 100,000 views and gained widespread media attention, with coverage from prominent outlets such as People’s Daily, China Youth Daily, and Science and Technology Daily. The campaign trended three times on Weibo, generating 140 million impressions and securing HEU’s place among the "Top 10 Most Discussed University Admissions Campaigns in China."
