On March 29, the “2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference – 14th WU Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award Ceremony – Intelligent Systems – AI Presidents’ Forum” took place in Beijing. The forum was hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), organized by Harbin Engineering University (HEU), and co-organized by the editorial team of the Journal of Intelligent Systems at HEU.

The 2025 ZGC Forum Annual Conference centered on the theme “New Productive Forces and Global Technological Cooperation.” XIA Guihua, Dean of HEU’s Institute of Digital and Intelligent Ship Research, chaired the forum, co-hosting the event with Lv Jinhu, Vice President of Beihang University.

As a major sub-forum of the WU Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award Ceremony, the AI Presidents’ Forum was co-organized by the editorial team of the Journal of Intelligent Systems. Over the years, the forum has evolved through five successful editions, transitioning from the Intelligent Systems Forum to the China Artificial Intelligence Weakness Analysis Symposium, and now into the AI Presidents’ Forum. This year’s event was held both online and offline, attracting nearly 430,000 online views.
