On April 9, the event titled “Youthful Devotion Shines with Responsibility—A Volunteer Showcase and Recognition Ceremony for Faculty and Student Volunteers of the 9th Asian Winter Games,” was held at Heilongjiang University. The event was hosted by the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education. Mr. LI Rongsheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at our university, and Mr. LV Kaidong, Director of the Publicity Department, attended the ceremony. Representatives of the university’s recognized faculty and student volunteers also participated in the event.

At the ceremony, Mr. LUO Wenhu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Education, read the notice on commending the faculty and student volunteers of the Asian Winter Games. Leaders in attendance presented certificates of commendation to the recognized representatives.

Representatives from 25 universities, including faculty and student volunteers, shared their unforgettable "Asian Winter Memories" through poetry, music, and visuals. They reflected on their passionate moments during the Games and the growth they experienced through their volunteer work. During the 9th Asian Winter Games, our university’s faculty and student volunteers demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and a pragmatic approach, fulfilling their volunteer responsibilities successfully. This recognition event highlights the university’s careful planning and unwavering commitment throughout the preparation and service phases of the Games.
