On April 29, the 8th Digital China Summit commenced in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Harbin Engineering University’s (HEU) National Engineering Laboratory for E-Government Modeling and Simulation unveiled its cutting-edge research innovations—Trusted Data Service Platform + Equipment, Data Product Registration and Business Matching Platform, and Trusted Knowledge Hub—at the event’s exhibition zone. These breakthroughs were further spotlighted during the summit’s New Products and Technologies Launch Conference. XU liang, Director of China’s National Information Center, toured HEU’s exhibition area, where XI Qinghai, Director of the laboratory’s Advisory Office, presented the projects’ technical advancements.
The Data Product Registration and Business Matching Platform tackles multi-tiered governance challenges by delivering data product management, merchant authentication, and transaction services. It streamlines data ownership verification, market alignment, and operational frameworks, accelerating the commercialization of data assets. The Trusted Data Service Platform + Equipment leverages an innovative “cloud-edge” distributed architecture, converting dormant enterprise data into tradable commodities and subsequently into capitalizable financial instruments. Meanwhile, the Trusted Knowledge Hub operates through an intelligent “perception-analysis-decision-execution” loop, merging data analytics with business workflows to act as an “external neural network” for enterprises, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational refinement.
