On June 10, a delegation of four led by Vice President QIN Jiang from Nanchang Hangkong University (NCHU) visited Harbin Engineering University (HEU). Vice President YAN Rujian attended the meeting where both sides discussed advancing the transformation of scientific research achievements.

YAN Rujian welcomed the delegation and expressed gratitude for NCHU’s longstanding support. He emphasized HEU’s commitment to driving industrial innovation through technological breakthroughs and accelerating the translation of research into real-world productivity. Noting NCHU’s distinctive engineering strengths and aerospace focus, YAN highlighted substantial collaborative potential across broader fields to jointly advance high-quality socioeconomic development.

QIN Jiang acknowledged HEU’s significant achievements and valuable experience in technology transfer as instrumental references for NCHU’s scientific endeavors. He expressed hope that the exchange would deepen understanding of HEU’s advanced management frameworks and policy mechanisms to enhance NCHU’s own technology transfer outcomes. Discussions during the meeting focused on institutional innovation and platform development for research commercialization.
