From October 12th to 15th, the finals of the China International College Students Innovation Competition (2025) were held at Zhengzhou University. Harbin Engineering University (HEU) achieved remarkable success, winning 3 Gold Awards and 8 Silver Awards. The total number of awards, projects advancing to the national finals, and Gold Awards all set new records for HEU. This also marks the first time HEU has won Gold Awards in both the “Youth Red Dream Building Journey” track and the Industry track.
Party Secretary SONG Yingdong received special briefings on the preparation progress, and President YIN Jingwei personally visited the students involved in the preparations. In the Heilongjiang Provincial competition, HEU claimed 45 Gold Awards, 59 Silver Awards, and 24 Bronze Awards, ultimately leading to 11 projects qualifying for the national finals.
