From October 31 to November 3, the 19th China Mobile “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition concluded successfully at Nanjing University. Harbin Engineering University (HEU) achieved outstanding results in this year’s competition, earning 1 Special Prize, 2 First Prizes, 1 Second Prize, and 2 Third Prizes in the main event.
In the 2025 China Youth Science and Technology Innovation “Top Talent” Challenge Match, HEU secured 2 “Challenge Champion” (Special Prize First Place) titles for the first time, along with 19 additional awards in various categories, including the “AI+” Special Competition—achieving full coverage across all competition tracks.
With an overall team score ranking 14th nationwide and 1st in Heilongjiang Province, HEU proudly claimed the “Excellence Cup” for the seventh consecutive year, reaffirming its strong commitment to innovation, research, and academic excellence.

Since the launch of the competition, HEU has attached great importance to it, adhering to a discipline-oriented approach, closely following competition requirements, and actively promoting project incubation and key project development. In the Heilongjiang Provincial Competition, HEU achieved outstanding results, winning 18 First Prizes, 16 Second Prizes, and 18 Third Prizes, ranking first in the province in total awards.
