The inaugural Harbin Engineering University (HEU) Global Alumni Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition - Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Division was held in Shenzhen. The event carried the theme “HEU Empowers Alumni Success, Shenzhen Showcases Innovation’s Soaring Journey,” with Vice President HAN Duanfeng in attendance.
During the roadshow segment, participating teams presented their projects through a “10-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A” format, showcasing the complete pathway from technological innovation to business models, and from research achievements to industrial implementation.
Five projects received the “Most Investment-Worthy Award”: Zhongke Tanhai’s “Full Spectrum of Marine Intelligent High-Definition Detection Products and Industrialization,” Gewu Wireless’s “New Engine for the Low-Altitude Economy—Efficient and Lightweight Wireless Charging System for Drones,” Zhilan Technology’s “Underwater Communication and Navigation System,” Yu Hai Technology’s “Integrated Maritime-Air UAV Intelligent Dynamic Take-off/Landing Platform and Hangar,” and Xinghang Zhihai’s “Integrated Survey and Maintenance Solution for Offshore Wind Farms Based on ‘Large Intelligent Unmanned Surface Vessel+’.”
Four projects were awarded the “Future Star Award”: the “Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Flexible Connector for Submarine Pipelines” from the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at HEU; the “Small Intelligent Cross-Medium Aircraft and Its Formation Cooperative Technology” from Sun Yat-sen University’s School of Marine Engineering and Technology; the “Fiber Optic Sensor Array Buoy for Key Area Defense” from Jiuzhou Electric; and the “Scenario-Based Operational System Constructed with Deep-Thinking Embodied AI” from Chenhunxian Technology.
