CUI Haitao, Vice President of NUAA, Leads Delegation to HEU for Research Visit

On March 16, a six-member delegation led by CUI Haitao, Vice President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), visited Harbin Engineering University (HEU) for a research exchange. The two sides held a symposium on the development of the National University Science Park and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. YIN Hang, Vice President of HEU, attended the symposium.

YIN Hang extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He noted that NUAA and HEU share deep historical ties and aligned goals, and have maintained strong interaction and close cooperation in talent cultivation and scientific research for many years. He expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to deepen mutual learning, strengthen collaboration in the innovation of achievement transformation mechanisms and the standardized management of enterprises, jointly explore effective pathways to serve national strategies, accelerate the translation of university research results into practical productive forces, and contribute wisdom and strength to national development.

CUI Haitao spoke highly of HEU’s educational achievements and research strength. He stated that the two universities have a solid foundation for exchange and broad potential for cooperation. The purpose of this visit, he explained, is to learn from HEU’s advanced experience in achievement transformation and asset management. He expressed hope that, taking this exchange as a new starting point, both sides will deepen practical cooperation and jointly enhance the capacity of university science and technology industries to serve national strategies.

The person in charge of the National University Science Park gave a brief report on the development of the university’s National University Science Park, including the transformation mechanisms for scientific and technological achievements, the standardized management of affiliated enterprises, and the operation of its assets.

Prior to the symposium, the delegation toured and inspected HEU’s National University Science Park.
