On April 16, a delegation of nine led by JIN Ke, Vice President of Jiangnan University, visited Harbin Engineering University (HEU) for research and exchange. The two parties held in-depth discussions on topics including discipline development and talent team building. HEU Vice President YIN Hang attended the meeting.
