On April 16, the launch ceremony of “Haixin OPC Innovation Valley” took place in the Sunshine Hall of the Qihang Activity Center.

WANG Gang, Chairman of Harbin Venture Capital Group; ZHANG Shimei, Deputy Party Secretary of Harbin Engineering University (HEU); WANG Rang, Deputy Head of Pingfang District; and LIU Xiukuan, Deputy Director of the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, jointly inaugurated the “Haixin OPC Innovation Valley.”

Developed under the guidance of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and promoted by the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and the Pingfang District Committee, the “Haixin OPC Innovation Valley” is an OPC entrepreneurship community jointly established by Harbin Venture Capital Group and HEU. Located on the site of the former National Advertising Industrial Park, the valley focuses on strategic emerging industries such as computer science, telecommunications, and integrated circuits, aiming to build a growth ecosystem for hard-tech entrepreneurs from “zero to one.” As a university-industry collaborative innovation platform, the “Haixin OPC Innovation Valley” adopts a dual-driven “incubation + investment” model, deeply integrating university research resources with capital market strengths to provide full-chain entrepreneurial support and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as well as business growth.

In the future, the “Haixin OPC Innovation Valley” will continue to focus on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in hard-tech fields, accelerate the aggregation of innovation factors, support the development of strategic emerging industries in Heilongjiang Province, and contribute to national development with the strength of HEU.
