YAN Rujian extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He stated that the two universities have maintained a good inter-university friendship and exchange foundation for a long time, and this visit has built a high-quality platform for the two sides to learn from each other and seek common development. It is hoped that the two sides will take this investigation as an opportunity to speak freely, conduct in-depth discussions, share work ideas and practical experience, further deepen communication and cooperation, and promote all work to a new level.

ZHU Junwu expressed gratitude for the warm reception. He stated that HEU has accumulated many valuable experiences in the fields of major scientific research project management, campus infrastructure construction and operation, and logistics service support, which are worthy of learning and reference. This special visit is aimed at benchmarking advanced practices and making up for shortcomings. It is hoped that the two sides will fully exchange views around the established research contents, share work methods, and promote the joint improvement of the management and service levels of the two universities.

At the symposium, responsible persons from relevant functional departments of HEU made special reports in turn based on actual work, and introduced in detail the institutional systems, practical measures and work results of the university in aspects such as major scientific research task planning and project management, full-process management and control of infrastructure projects, renovation of old school buildings, logistics outsourcing service management, and cost overall planning and operation.

In the exchange and discussion session, the participants from both sides conducted in-depth one-on-one and point-to-point discussions around the key research contents, and exchanged views on difficult problems, innovative practices and management models in the work progress. The on-site exchange atmosphere was warm. Everyone shared insights and discussed ideas based on their positions, and reached consensus and inspired ideas through the collision of experiences. In the future, the two universities will continue to strengthen regular exchanges and interactions, expand cooperation areas, and join hands to achieve common development.
