On 17 September, a delegation led by SONG Zhuo, Vice director of Bank of China Limited Heilongjiang Branch, visited Harbin Engineering University (HEU). The two sides held a symposium in the VIP meeting room on the 8th floor of the Main Building. YIN Hang, Vice President of HEU, attended the meeting.

YIN Hang expressed gratitude for Bank of China’s long-standing support for the university’s development. He expressed the hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to further deepen practical cooperation in financial services, smart campus development, fund management and faculty-student services, and elevate bank-university cooperation to a new level.

SONG Zhuo introduced the business operations of Bank of China Limited Heilongjiang Branch. He stated that the bank would give full play to its advantages in comprehensive financial services, precisely align with the university’s development needs, continuously optimise service measures, promote the implementation of a new round of bank-university cooperation agreements, and provide strong financial support for the university’s high-quality development.

The two sides held in-depth exchanges on key cooperation priorities, service optimisation and the establishment of communication mechanisms. Both agreed to further strengthen alignment, improve cooperation mechanisms, advance deeper and more substantive bank-university cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
