Harbin Engineering University (HEU) has won the “Winning Cup” for the eighth consecutive time at the 15th “Challenge Cup” Chinese College Students’ Entrepreneurship Plan Competition, whose final round was held in Dalian from 30 October to 2 November. The university secured a total of 28 national awards, demonstrating the strong scientific and entrepreneurial capabilities of its student community.
The awards include one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes in the main competition, as well as one grand prize, three first prizes, seven second prizes and 11 third prizes in the special competition for industrial upgrading in Northeast China revitalisation.
This year’s competition comprised the main event, the Northeast China revitalisation industrial upgrading special competition, and the “Open Bidding for Key Technologies” special competition. It attracted over 3 million students from more than 2,700 universities and colleges across the country.
