Preview: China National Computer Congress to Be Held in Harbin Soon

The China National Computer Congress 2025 (CNCC2025) will be held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, from October 22 to 25, under the theme “Digital and Intelligent Empowerment • Infinite Possibilities.”

On September 12, the CNCC2025 Press Conference took place in Beijing, with Harbin Engineering University attending as one of the host universities for the congress.

SUN Ninghui, Chairman of the Conference Steering Committee, highlighted that the China National Computer Congress is the most significant annual event of the China Computer Federation, covering a broad range of topics. This year’s exhibition segment will be a standout feature. He noted that this will be the second time in recent years that the congress is being held in Northeast China, and expressed hopes for further growth in its influence.

YU Zhiwen, Vice Chairman of the Conference, outlined the organization of the congress’s reports and forums. Staying true to the theme of “Digital and Intelligent Empowerment • Infinite Possibilities,” the congress will feature 19 invited reports, 3 plenary forums, and 154 thematic forums.

CUI Peng, Chairman of the CNCC2025 Forum Committee, discussed the design and final presentations of the thematic forums. He emphasized that this year’s forums will focus on fostering collaboration between industry, academia, and research institutions. With the guiding principle of “All rely on members, all for members,” the forums are closely aligned with the congress theme and will enhance the academic quality of the discussions.
