The China National Computer Congress 2025 (CNCC 2025) will take place in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, from October 22 to 25. Under the theme “Digital and Intelligent Empowerment, Infinite Possibilities,” the congress will feature nine key thematic areas.

As the premier annual event of the China Computer Federation (CCF), CNCC covers a broad spectrum of topics. This year’s congress will feature 19 invited presentations, 3 plenary forums, and 154 thematic forums. Distinguished keynote speakers will include renowned domestic and international experts and industry leaders such as Sumi Helal (Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences), C. Mohan (Fellow of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering), HU Shimin, HUANG Wei, and LI Hui (Fellows of the Chinese Academy of Sciences), ZHAO Qinping and ZHENG Qinghua (Fellows of the Chinese Academy of Engineering), JIANG Tao (Vice President of Huawei’s Computing Product Line), and LIAO Jinsong (Vice President of OPPO).
