The 5th "Huawei Cup" China Graduate Artificial Intelligence Innovation Competition's National Finals recently concluded in Shanxi, with HEU achieving notable success. The university secured a national first prize, two third prizes, and an award for outstanding organization.

This competition, themed "AI Empowering, Changing the World," officially began in May 2023. It garnered participation from 1,778 teams representing 269 universities worldwide, boasting nearly 8,000 graduate students eager to compete. Following fierce competition, 122 teams advanced to the national finals. The first prize winners comprised 2.25% of the total, elevating the competition's status as one of the prestigious events in the "China Graduate Innovation Practice Series."
