On October 9th, WANG Hesheng, the Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province, accompanied by CHEN Yanliang, the Director of the Education Department, visited HEU for a research trip. They were warmly welcomed by YAO Yu, President of HEU, and YU Zhiwen, Vice President. During their visit, WANG Hesheng and his delegation explored the Harbin Military Engineering Institute Museum and the Innovative Center for Complex Dynamics and Control. They also had the opportunity to learn about our institution's approach to integrating industry and education and engaged in discussions on relevant topics with the faculty and students.

At the Harbin Military Engineering Institute Museum, WANG Hesheng gained valuable insights into the history of the PLA Military Institute of Engineering, the university's 70-year journey of development, as well as our significant achievements in education, teaching, and scientific research. He expressed his hopes for our school to carry forward and promote the exceptional traditions, using advanced educational concepts to guide our current efforts in nurturing talent.
