On October 16, the exchange seminar on establishing of “One-Stop” Student Community Comprehensive Management Model in Heilongjiang Province’s Colleges and Universities was conducted in Harbin Engineering University (HEU). Luo Wenhu, deputy director of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, graced the event and delivered a speech. More than 160 participants, including officials from the Provincial Department of Education, leaders from 78 provincial colleges and universities, and heads of student affairs departments, attended the seminar.

During his speech, Gao Yan, secretary of the Party Committee of HEU,  emphasized that since the Ministry of Education initiated the “one-stop” student community project in 2019, HEU has been dedicated to enhancing talent training quality. They have promoted the core idea that “the campus is the community, and the community is the classroom”, fostering an innovative entrepreneurial practice community. HEU is committed to building institutional mechanisms, optimizing resource allocation, fostering a first-class culture, and providing unwavering support for the well-rounded growth of students.

Deputy director Luo Wenhu praised the accomplishments of colleges and universities in constructing “one-stop” student communities. He encouraged all institutions to unite, shoulder their responsibilities, and work collaboratively to expedite the high-quality development of “one-stop” student communities.
