On October 18th, the inaugural conference of the Heilongjiang Digital Economy Research Association took place in Harbin. During this event, the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the College of Information and Communication Engineering, HEU, granted a license to the Heilongjiang Digital Economy Research Association. Together, they established the Joint Laboratory of Digital Experimental Demonstration Teaching.

Making use of the technological advantages of the electrical and electronic remote digital experimental system, this joint laboratory is poised to address the various experimental requirements of university laboratories within the province. Moreover, it will play a vital role in the integration and advancement of digital technology within traditional education in Heilongjiang Province.
