The Propaganda Department of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee recently published the 2022 list of outstanding academic journals in the province's social benefit assessment. Three journals affiliated with our university, namely the Journal of Harbin Engineering University, the Journal of Harbin Engineering University (English edition), and the Journal of Intelligent Systems, received an "Excellent" rating.
