A list of the key laboratories in philosophy and social sciences in Heilongjiang Province has recently been announced. The "Innovation Governance and Intelligent Decision-Making Laboratory," led by the School of Economics and Management at HEU, has been approved as the first key laboratory of philosophy and social sciences in the province. This round of approved key laboratories includes a total of 13, with 7 being designated as key laboratories.

The Innovation Governance and Intelligent Decision-Making Laboratory brings together the interdisciplinary advantages of management, economics, naval architecture, ocean engineering, computer science and technology, social development and management, and Marxist theory. Focusing on the research field of innovation governance and intelligent decision-making, the laboratory conducts basic research, applied research, think tank construction, talent cultivation, and international cooperation and exchange.
