In a recent special report on "The Belt and Road Initiative" by Uzbekistan State Television, Professor Turakhodjaev Nodir from Tashkent State University of Technology shared his seven-year collaboration experience with Professor WU Ruizhi and his team from the College of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering at HEU. Professor Turakhodjaev Nodir expressed his admiration for the fruitful scientific research partnership with HEU.

Since 2017, Professor Turakhodjaev Nodir's team has been engaged in a continuous collaboration with Professor WU Ruizhi's team, encompassing joint doctoral student training, researcher visits, data exchange, and collaboration on international projects. Their joint efforts resulted in the successful completion of a national key research and development program focused on the preparation and processing of high-quality lightweight aluminum lithium alloy materials. Additionally, they co-authored and published seven high-level papers in international journals.

The deepened collaboration led to the formalization of an inter-university cooperation agreement between HEU and Tashkent State University of Technology in January 2024, marking the initiation of a new phase in the comprehensive partnership between the two institutions.
