On May 16th, Harbin Engineering University's Mechanics Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Testing Center) was recently awarded the CNAS accreditation certificate, officially recognized by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).

Established on November 16th, 2022, the Testing Center aims to continually enhance its experimental technical expertise, providing precise testing services for China's ship and ocean engineering, as well as mechanics fields. Additionally, it prioritizes improving talent cultivation and social service capabilities to advance the development of the maritime and ocean industries.

The CNAS accreditation of the Testing Center signifies its technical proficiency in conducting mechanical testing according to national standards. It has implemented a quality management system in line with national standards, ensuring that its testing reports are more authoritative, widely recognized, and trustworthy.
