Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of Heilongjiang Province announced the outstanding cases of the 2024 Provincial National Digital Literacy and Skills. A total of 21 cases from enterprises, research institutions, universities, public institutions, and government departments across the province were selected, including two projects from HEU: 'Enhancing School Management Services through Electronic Signatures' and 'Smart Campus Integrated Management Platform at Harbin Engineering University Qingdao Innovation Development Base.'

In the future, the university will actively improve the digital literacy and skills of teachers and students, continue to develop a digital campus, and promote the university's high-quality growth through educational digital transformation.
