On June 24, HE Jingdong, Director of the Materials and Energy Division of the Major Tasks Bureau at CAS, and WU Haitao, Vice President of the CAS Changchun Branch, led 70 leaders from 34 research institutes of CAS on a visit to HEU for an exchange of scientific research. HAN Duanfeng, Vice President of HEU, accompanied the team.

During their visit, the researchers toured the Memorial Hall of PLA Military Institute of Engineering and the Science and Technology Achievements Exhibition. They received presentations on the history and accomplishments of the PLA Military Institute of Engineering, as well as its contributions to teaching, scientific research, and talent development. The researchers expressed admiration and appreciation for HEU's achievements in construction and development.
