On September 21, Irfan Naseem, Rector of the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), visited Harbin Engineering University (HEU). Vice President YU Zhiwen welcomed him in the VIP conference room on the eighth floor of the Office Building.
YU Zhiwen emphasized that HEU values collaboration with higher education institutions and research organizations in Pakistan. Both HEU and PIEAS are working together to establish joint laboratories and enhance talent training. With the support of both governments, they aim to strengthen cooperation in education, technology, and talent development, setting a model for educational collaboration between China and Pakistan.
