On November 14, a delegation from Huawei Strategic Research Institute, including WANG Ruopeng, a technical expert, and XIA Linjin, Director of the University System Department at Huawei Beijing Research Institute, visited Harbin Engineering University (HEU) for a collaborative survey. YU Zhiwen, Vice President of HEU, attended the symposium, where both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on talent cultivation and research collaboration.
