HEU has been recognized as one of the first institutions to be awarded for its "one-stop" student community development initiative in Heilongjiang Province. The award is part of a selection process that included five universities across the province.

The selection involved multiple stages, including submission of application materials, evaluation on the Ministry of Education's cloud platform, expert review, and a comprehensive assessment. The universities chosen for this award were recognized for their solid foundation, unique features, and notable achievements in developing "one-stop" student communities. This initiative aims to lead and accelerate the high-quality development of comprehensive management models for student communities.

Moving forward, HEU plans to leverage this recognition to deepen the construction of its "one-stop" student community management model. Guided by the philosophy of "campus as community, community as classroom," the university will continue to explore new approaches to community-based education.
