The Chinese Institute of Electronics has recently announced the selected theses for the 2024 Master's Thesis Incentive Program (Excellent Master's Theses of the Chinese Institute of Electronics). Among the chosen works is the master's thesis Research on Intelligent Identification Methods for Repeater False Target Jamming Based on Frequency Response Characteristics, authored by WEI Wenbin and supervised by Researcher PENG Ruihui from the College of Information and Communication Engineering at Harbin Engineering University (HEU). This year, 44 master's theses from leading universities, including Tsinghua University, Fudan University, and Zhejiang University, were selected for this prestigious recognition.

The Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), founded in 1962, is a national 5A-level academic organization. It comprises 47 professional branches that span various fields within electronic information science and technology, including semiconductors, communications, microwaves, signal processing, and electronic materials. In alignment with the Evaluation Method for Excellent Doctoral Theses and the Evaluation Method for Excellent Master's Theses, both established by the CIE, 25 outstanding doctoral theses and 44 exceptional master's theses have been selected, receiving significant recognition and authority within the academic community.
