Recently, Harbin Engineering University (HEU) hosted the 2025 Academic Annual Conference of the University Foundation Forum of China (UFFC), under the China Association of Higher Education (CAHE), alongside the 5th Meeting of the 3rd Council. YIN Hang extended a warm welcome to the attendees and expressed heartfelt gratitude to CAHE and the UFFC for their ongoing support of HEU’s growth. He highlighted the conference as a valuable platform for universities nationwide to exchange ideas, share experiences, and collaborate on the advancement of university education funds. HEU, he said, is eager to join forces with other universities to address challenges, explore new paths, and contribute to the theoretical and practical evolution of university education funding in the new era.

LIU Zhengrong discussed the essential role of university education foundations in bridging the gap between society and education. She noted their significant responsibility in mobilizing social resources, optimizing allocations, supporting talent development, and fostering innovation in scientific research. Looking ahead, LIU expressed confidence in the UFFC’s ability to continue enhancing its organizational strength, academic leadership, and social credibility. The UFFC, she concluded, is committed to improving both the quality and quantity of university education foundations and advancing the field to new heights in the future.
